Technomicians and their loved ones, both human and of the dog persuasion, enjoyed Technomics Annual Fall Picnic at Fort Hunt Park in Alexandria, Virginia.

The Annual Fall Picnic is one of many annual traditions enjoyed by all at Technomics. Not only is it a chance for everyone to meet up outside of work, but is a great opportunity for us to meet extended family members and furbabies of fellow Technomicians.

This year the picnic was hosted at Fort Hunt Park in Alexandria, Virginia. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and we surely lucked out with the beautiful weather. The event had a nice spread of catered barbeque with all the fixings you could imagine. Our own Tommy Howard and his wonderful wife, assisted with coordinating some family friendly, fun activities! Activities included a friendly competition with a sack race and a sugar rush from a piñata.

Other activities included giant moon bounces for the little ones to run and jump around on, and a mechanical bull for the adults brave enough to try it. Those that braved the mechanical bull included Brian Flynn and Chuck Horgan. Not only did Chuck ride the bull, but he even conquered it and put it out of commission for the rest of the event. Other general activities enjoyed were friendly conversation, some Frisbee and football play, and puppy cuddles. Smiles and laughter were shared by all at this fun event!
