EAPM provides the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, and supporting Maintenance and Operations (M&O) contractors with services aimed at improving program planning and acquisition, developing actionable insights into the cost, schedule, risk, and effectiveness of technical alternatives, and collecting/integrating technical, cost, schedule, and financial data to aid in program planning, programming, budgeting, and execution. With a deep understanding of customer needs and industry best practices, EAPM leverages corporate methodologies, processes, and models to provide defensible products and services that position the client to make informed decisions while taking into account operational dependencies and executability.
