As Technomics closes out a successful 2022, employee-owners took some time this month to celebrate the holidays and Technomics’ accomplishments throughout the year. Employee-owners participated in a variety of celebratory events including the annual Technomics Holiday Party and the return of the Technomics Open House.
Technomics Annual Holiday Party
This year’s holiday party was held on Saturday, December 3rd at The Hamilton, an upscale restaurant and entertainment venue just blocks from the White House in downtown Washington, DC. Technomics hosted its largest holiday party to date totaling 304 attendees, which included employee-owners and their significant others, who enjoyed the venue to themselves. Guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres, raw seafood bar, seated dinner with a selection of delicious entrees to choose from, and various delicious desserts to end the night with a sweet treat. Guests were also treated to a Green Screen Photo Booth, sake and sushi stations, and a premium wine tasting.
The evening also featured live performances from two notable musical artists. Joywave, an American indie rock band who recently concluded their European tour, opened the evening and Misterwives, an alternative pop group that has garnered over 4 million monthly listeners on Spotify, followed, delivering hits off their new album SUPERBLOOM and old classics alike. Additionally, employee-owners were treated to a meet and greet with the musical guests, which made for some excellent photo opportunities. To conclude an eventful evening, Technomics offered each employee-owner a ride credit via Lyft or Uber to return home safely.
Technomics Open House
For the first time in two years, Technomics hosted the Technomics Open House on Thursday, December 8th, which welcomed Technomics’ friends, clients, colleagues, and business partners into the Technomics Arlington office. This event has developed into a notable tradition because Technomics has hosted this event every year but two Decembers, due to the hiatus of COVID, since 2001, the year after Technomics opened its Arlington office.
This event is an opportunity for Technomics to thank its employee-owners, clients, and business partners for another year of growth and the opportunity to deliver exceptional results to our clients. Employee-owners leveraged the occasion to socialize with old connections and network with prospective employee-owners. The event featured two bars set up on the 15th floor of the Technomics office offering a variety of artisan beers, wines, and soft drinks. The event was also fully catered, featuring a delicious spread of hors d'oeuvres and entrees. Additionally, employee-owners took this opportunity to raise charitable contributions for the Wounded Warrior Project, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide programmatic care to veterans in mental health, career counseling, and long-term rehabilitative care.
This holiday season has been a memorable time to thank all Technomics employee-owners for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.
