Technomics Community Involvement Going Strong

ARLINGTON, VA – March 19, 2014 – The Technomics Community Involvement Initiative has successfully continued into the new calendar year. Since first volunteering in November, 2013, with the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), Technomics has established a recurring volunteer opportunity every other month with AFAC. This has included two volunteer opportunities so far this year for Technomics employee-owners.

Together, they will continue to cultivate a team of thought leaders whose services engender informed decision making in support of program success, or as Leung has put it, help clients better do the “critical” in critical thinking.

Technomics Training Institute (TTI) Graduates Recognized

ARLINGTON, VA – July 9, 2013 – Technomics Training Institute (TTI) Director Kevin Cincotta recognized 14 graduates for completing the rigorous TTI course of study over the past year. Emile Ettedgui (second runner-up) and Eric Lofgren (runner-up) were edged in the points race by Cassie Miller, who received the coveted TTI championship belt from reigning champ Colleen Craig. The ceremony marked the successful completion of the second “season” of TTI, which was expanded and improved from the first. Classes met biweekly instead of monthly, so as to fit within a September-to-June“school year,” even with the addition of several new topics.

Galaxy Charts Excel Add-In

Technomics, Inc. is proud to announce the latest development in the Galaxy Charts universe. This week we will be unveiling at the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association 2013 Conference in New Orleans, LA a new plug-in allowing users to create, update and customize their own Galaxy Chart in Microsoft Excel. Three plug-in editions of varying capabilities perform all the calculations locally on your personal computer – eliminating the need to upload and transfer sensitive or proprietary data over the internet.
