Important Message from the CEO

Is Technomics a good fit for you (and vice versa)?

Thank you for your interest in joining Technomics. Technomics is a 100 percent employee-owned, data- and analytics-driven decision support company. We provide professional services and management solutions to help our clients make better decisions faster. We’ve earned a stellar reputation and delivered an incredible track record of growth. By “incredible,” I don’t just mean large growth over a certain span of time. I also mean constant growth, year after year. In the case of revenue, we have grown year over year consecutively since 2000. Since 2013, without fail, we have grown all key financial and business metrics every year. This is a remarkable feat. To help us continue our growth, we are always looking for great talent to join our ranks and over time become a fellow employee-owner.

But is Technomics a good fit for you, and are you a good fit for Technomics? The answer for most job seekers is likely “no.” Let me explain.

At Technomics, we set our standards very high because we have lofty goals to achieve. While others simply aim to meet client expectations (and often fall short), we seek to exceed them—every time. Why not? Simply meeting expectations bores us. It does not deliver significant enough impact, nor does it offer great learning opportunities. We don’t just talk about innovation. We, from entry-level Associates to the CEO, engage in research and capabilities development. Many in our industry complain about not getting enough training. At Technomics, some people also complain—they complain that there is too much training. We don’t patronize our employee-owners by telling them what they want to hear. We tell them what they need to hear.

Our culture centers around two things. The first is quality of work delivered. Because we help our clients make critical decisions based on facts, data, and rigorous analysis and because these decisions can and often do affect policies or processes, quality of life, or even life itself, our work products must be defensible and reflect the highest quality possible.

Our culture also centers around growth, not only of our company but also of our people and clients’ relevance. This can be best described by our motto “we grow, you grow.” Depending on the context, the “we” and “you” can be our employee-owners, our clients, or our company. The idea is simple—if we push for growth in one element, we enable growth in the others; and if we maintain a balance among these three elements of growth, everyone wins.

But while believing in “we grow, you grow” is one thing, acting on it is something else. We learned long ago that no matter how many highly intelligent and talented people an organization has and no matter how smart they work, constant growth and extraordinary results also require that they possess grit, a desire to step outside their comfort zones, and a willingness to put in the requisite time and effort.

We understand fully that nowadays the mere suggestion that one is expected to regularly work in excess of eight hours a day to get things done the right way or be in the office four or five days a week to more effectively collaborate with, teach, and learn from others is enough to drive jobseekers running in the opposite direction. But at Technomics, an overwhelming majority of us know this is a small price to pay to make a great impact, grow professionally, and generate significant long-term wealth. In fact, it is because we know we will work harder to deliver greater impact that we have chosen to become employee-owned. We are one of only about 6,000 companies (out of over 30 million businesses) in the United States that are employee-owned where every employee feels skin in the game.

While all this may sound like big talk, we are able to back it up with a streak of over 20 consecutive years (25 years as of 2025) of revenue growth no matter the external conditions.

In summary, Technomics is not for the faint of heart. We are not a good fit for most people. In fact, we may be a terrible fit for most people. But history has repeatedly shown that we are a great fit for some. We wear this fact as a badge of honor and we are excited every time a like-minded, high-potential, hard-working individual becomes a fellow employee-owner and chooses to grow with us over time.

Are we the right fit for each other?
