The Data Management and Analytics (DMA) service area develops and deploys technological and analytical capabilities to help our clients maximize their data potential. We aim to help clients use existing data to perform rigorous analyses and make actionable decisions. We have a proven track record of implementing the entire data analytics life cycle, from requirements generation to communication and dissemination of analytical results.
Our aim is to implement the entire data life cycle, not just build tools. Partnering with DMA enables clients to better identify risks and opportunities in their programs and materially improve the way they do business.
Data Governance
We believe optimal data management solutions are conceived, designed, and implemented by Analysts who deeply understand an organization’s needs, structure, assets, and constraints. Our Analysts have been instrumental in establishing data solutions for mission-critical oversight organizations through the application of our in-house capabilities in data solutions requirements generation; data management and engineering; and data policy, processes, and operations. We consider both stakeholder and user needs, bridging the gap between developers and end-users.

We leverage a structured approach to move data through a pipeline, from raw to analysis-ready aggregations. We prioritize flexibility in the development of structured extract-transform-load processes that can be tailored to a wide range of use cases, building upon custom-developed R packages and Python libraries. Data Science

When approaching a new challenge, our team carefully evaluates the data available, IT infrastructure, and use cases before recommending a tool or approach. Our approach to data analytics is intended to avoid stagnation.
