Technomics Sponsors Award Winning Virginia Tech Senior Design Team
|
Arlington, Virginia USA - Spring 2010
This year Technomics sponsored a Virginia Tech senior design team project. The project gives graduating Engineering seniors real world consulting experience and fulfills a capstone requirement in their curriculum. The four Virginia Tech students, pictured here with two Technomics employees -- also VT alumnus, worked through the fall and spring semesters to improve an existing database and design an enhanced graphical user interface.
The team presented their results to the company and Rick Collins, CEO, said, "The team delivered an exceptional product and performed professionally. We were particularly delighted that they were awarded "Best Presentation" among their peers. We were impressed with the team and enjoyed our association with them."
