Every company has its own traditions and ways of welcoming new employees. At Technomics, we host a monthly New Hire Happy Hour which we like to switch up by hosting some in our beautiful office, already equipped with refreshments, a ping pong table, and good music, and other months, we like a change of scenery and host the event at a nearby establishment.

We recently welcomed our newest employees Alfred Levinson, Karyna Todd, & Connor Jones, by including them in one of our favorite summer Technomics tradition—Happy Hour and a Nat’s Game.  Nothing says summer like a hotdog and cold beverage at a ball game!

Overall, we value these New Hire Happy Hours immensely. We see these events not merely as antics, but as a sincere way to welcome new teammates to our fast-paced, employee-owned culture.  Our analysts spend their days solving our client’s most difficult problems.  It’s important to look up, step away from our screens, and invest time in each other.  We like to make sure to do this (at least) monthly especially when we are welcoming our newest employees.

We’d like to extend a warm welcome to Alfred, Karyna, Conner (who joined us in July) and we look forward to celebrating Jack Titus, Emily Smith, Justin Cooper, Rebecca Boyer, & Alec Morris (who joined us in August) at the next New Hire Happy Hour!
